"Isle of Wight garlic began in my mother's kitchen garden in the early 1970's. The hot summers of 1975 and '76 effortlessly produced quality garlic, bright and white, superior to the miserable imported garlic that was to be found on shop shelves around the country."

Intrigued by the ancient origins of garlic and its wide range of culinary, health & mythical properties, Colin has developed the farm business and become certainly the UK's if not Europe's leading expert on garlic. This passion and expertise has grown a thriving food business providing the best range of garlic to eat, grow and learn about.
